Today I had another rough start which is getting old. While my mind has felt clear, my mood has been a little bumpy the last few days. Irritation and frustration are just under the surface and I am not sure why. I am wondering if it is underlying stress about the trip I am taking later this week. Perhaps I should spend sometime planning for it today and see if anything changes...it will be interesting to find out.
I have planned and I did ease some trip related stress. But, there is still something gnawing away at me. I had to take a 15 minute time out today after Joe came home. I can't quite place my finger on it - there is just something itching under my skin. Time away from the family might be a good thing, it will give me a chance to miss them.
I had really steady energy today, and although I felt fatigued at some points I was able to push through. I was highly productive crossing off 8 of the 12 things on my list - along with about 5 not on the list, so that felt good. It is going on 9:00 and I am hardly keeping my eyes open so I am off to bed - another day awaits tomorrow. Grocery day...Pray that the shopping is simple and speedy in all 3 stores, and that my mood is passed by then.

Breakfast- Green tea w/ coconut milk creamer, 1/4C Cream of Buckwheat, 4 oz coconut milk, 1/2 banana.
Snack- 8 oz. Green smoothie, 1/2 apple.
Lunch- 1C Tuna Casserole (of which 1/2C was GF pasta)
Snack- Apple, 1/2C walnuts, 2C Popcorn
