Day 23: Settling In.

Today is my first full day home after my trip and I am spending time slowly getting back into the rhythm of my life - minus a few really bad habits, which is beautiful. I have spent the last 5 days with some of the most passionate and excited people I have ever met and I intend to hold onto and create that joy here in my own home, within our sweet family.

I was reminded once again that pain is born within my own mind, within the interpretation of my experience. What anyone says or thinks does not matter in the least. What I do with what someone says or thinks is all that matters. Isn't that great? I believe it is so wonderful to know that no one can hurt me, but me. And further, if I choose to love and accept myself completely I can then radiate that love and joy to everyone around me. Including those whose intentions may not be pure.

And what better way to love myself than nourishing my body in the way it needs. I surrender to the reality of what my body is telling me, I surrender to health.



Meals:

Breakfast- Millet grain cereal, coconut milk, green tea, banana

Snack- none (late breakfast).


Lunch- Grilled squash, red pepper, chicken, and beef (my first beef in about a year) and potatoes.


Snack- Popcorn

Dinner- GF Pasta, marinara sauce.

Snack- 2 dark chocolate sqaures, popcorn.

Water Intake- 54oz. 


Supplements: L-lyosine, fish oil, D3, Probiotic, antifungal, multivitamin, kelp caps, cal-mag citrate, thyrisol.

Energy levels:

Morning
- Moderate


Afternoon
- Moderate



Evening- Moderate

Exercise: None

Mood: Very good :-)

Changes: Did not notice much.
